Structure and Graphic Design
The structure and graphic designs will take considerations on material and converting techniques available in China.

Remote Proofing
We utilize color management for predictable proof to print result. Facility in US will produce proofs with characteristic of our press profile in China hence proof generated will be identical to those produced in China.

Layout and Die Design
The layout of the carton is created in US with inputs from China facility. Together with the die design, these files are transmitted to China for prepress work.

Trail Run
US facility is able to produce short and/or trial run to initial market promotion or trade fair. Production parameters used in the trial run will be transfer to China facility for the actual production run.

Color Management
Presses in China facility are constantly tuned to its optimum condition and their color profile are closely monitored. Spot color standard is developed and monitored by the mean of CIELab and Delta E values.

Production
Production of cartons in China follows closely the proof, sample and process parameters from US facility.

Quality Control
Prior to shipping, our folding carton is checked for printing and manufacturing errors. Samples of every production lot will also be sent to US facility.

Customer Service
Although the folding carton is manufactured in China, brand owners communicate directly with our customer care in US that constantly stay in touch with our China facility.
